The Lake Mossø
Mossø is located in the Lake District Søhøjlandet between Skanderborg and Silkeborg and offers beautiful experiences in unique nature.
Here you will find, among other things, maps of the hike from Klostermølle to Sukkertoppen. The surroundings around Mossø are protected and offer beautiful natural experiences. Around Mossø, there are picnic areas, toilets, and bathing facilities.
The lake covers approximately 1700 hectares with a shoreline of approximately 28 kilometers. It is fed on the western side by Denmark's longest river, the Gudenå, which stretches from Tinnet Krat to Randers Fjord.
There are several different options for lovely bike rides around and along Mossø.
